Brooklyn condo cash flowing w tennent. Assumable morgage covid rate. Low hoa. If you know assumption process this is a great cash flow asset low maintenance. No rush to sell but motivated to deal.

     So, you're trying the, "tell them as little as possible to generate lots of inquires" approach?

    I know that doesn't work when advertising rental properties.

    Curious how it will work for you trying to sell your property...
