Need a real estate attorney to submit an offer
I found a house I want to buy. I have been pre approved, I know what offer I want to submit. I want to use a real estate attorney since all th leg work is completed. I have taken real estate classes and passed all the test a couple years ago but my license when inactive. Can anyone suggest a good attorney that can help me on this?
