Fix and flip/brrr
I am looking at a fix and flip in W.A. that’s up for 240k 3bed 2baths and comps around are 400k and there also 3bed 2baths with similar sqft how do I evaluate the rehab cost or get a contracter to give me a quote for a full rehab ? I’m a first time buyer and looking to get started.
