Owner Finance Deal

Hey Community, I am in the process of conducting my first owner financed deal in Texas. I had a couple of questions about structuring the contract so it is beneficial for all parties and was wondering if there is someone with experience in that area. I am a real estate agent and can use TREC promulgated contracts, but our contracts don't really cover owner finance. Thanks in advance!

Use a loan processor like US Loan servicing out of Nevada. You want a pro writing up the contract based on your facts and handling/documenting the payments.
