VA property - multi family.
I just bought a VA quadplex ($300k) property last year September as a homestead in Lubbock, Texas. I am now looking to purchase another property using the remaining VA entitlement that I have and I was looking for lenders. The prop I want is identical, $300k 4plex. I am experiencing some challenges with a couple lenders that I found, they weren't interested in me "property stacking" using my VA benefits.
