Uh, were you working the cam?! That doesn't look safe at all. You might want to place a disclaimer in for others not to replicate this if you were working the camera....

    Al,

Don't do that.  Next time have your brother take the video.  We'd like to see you again at the meetings.

@Alvin Neal  I totally agree with Joe.

Those were once nice neighborhoods, I can tell. Many big houses. It took you to the end of the video to come across actual dwellable homes. So how many have you purchased already and how many will you purchase shortly?

    Kudos,

    Mary

It was 8:00 in the morning, obviously no traffic. I wont be purchasing any of these. it was a test but I wont be doing it again.

The only practical way Detroit could be repopulated to reflect its former glory is for the US government to reverse its decades long policy of "free trade". Detroit used to be a manufacturing center of the nation (motor city), but now the entire region is referred to as the "rust belt". With the right policies, millions of people could be put to work in the region (and the nation for that matter). This is the solution I would prefer. It would pain me to see the Governor allowing the Chinese or other foreigners to take the land for their own use.

Just curious, but what streets were you on? East Side has some decent areas but quite a few of these types too.
