Anyone selling properties to foreign investors?

What countries are they from? How are you attracting/advertising to them? Are there any price points, return percentages or anything else that they are more likely to buy?

We have and currently still sell to many foreign investors. Most of them come to us through affiliate companies that require a huge fee. Most of them buy based on how new or good the home looks. Of course the figures need to look good. Most are looking for financing so even the financing has to look decent.
