What can I do with this property?  I have not presented it to any investors because it's not a "deal."

    If you're confident in the numbers and are willing to take on the risk, why not try flipping it yourself? :) 

    My question is, if you feel like it wasn't a "deal" at that contract price, why did you lock it up at that price? Just curious!
