Ok BP'rs I could use your assistance.

I'm interested in opinions on how to best build a buyers list. I'm looking at contracting houses only at this time. I'll rehab and hold later. Thanks.

1.  Contact your local real estate agent

2.  Have them pull up sold properties in the last 180 days for all cash

3.  Determine your property type (2br, 3br, 4br)  single family or units

4.  Take the contact info from these and mail and call them

5.  Let them know you have deals that come to you (its works best if you have an actual deal)
