Absentee owner lists have always done well for us. However, I have seen some concern from other bigger pockets members that too many people are mailing them. One thing you can try is narrowing your target audience by throwing in another limiting criteria. High equity absentee lists or tax delinquent absentee lists are both going to be very valuable leads.
