Is anyone aware of a web site that allows owners to list commercial or multifamily properties that they want to sell without a realtor.  Or one where investors can post for properties wanted? 

MLS doesn't have enough listings of these types of properties, most of the best buildings are sold word of mouth it seems. Thanks!
