Hi Guys,
I came across a property in a active adult community where 80% units are for 55+ and the 20% are with no age restrictions. me and my wife are in early 30's. I have two kids both are below 3 year of age.
I have no experience in real estate and this will be my first purchase. the unit i am looking in has no age restriction. considering all these what are the pros and cons. please share your inputs.
