how to finance

Question

i am an aspiring investor in Nigeria, i just got offered a raw land and i will like to build a multi family on it.

that being said, how can i finance such project if i don't have the money to build on it.

Thanks for your honest reply.

Well I didn't ask anybody from the usa or any part of the world to partner with me. I only thought This forum was suppose to be an avenue for learning for the newbies irrespective of countries or religion. My question was based on how to use creative financing to to complete this project.

We are all entitled to our own personal opinions, so you believing all Nigerians are scammers is just your personal opinion. You could as well go furture to tell the moderators to block all Nigerians from the forum.

Thanks anyway , I have learnt a lot since I came onboard and I won't allow this to put me down . And my sincere aplogies to anyone who has been scammed by any Nigerian.

Just to clarify am not a scammer , I am working to make a better future for myself .

I felt so bad when I read Georges comment this morning.

Yea there are scammers in Nigeria but all I could see from he's comment was more of hate. But he's entitled to he's own opinions.

I don't have much to offer in terms of your question but good luck on your endeavor. I seriously doubt ALL Nigerians are scammers and it's unfortunate that's the perception on BP.

I really felt like saying some mean things but just want you to know such comments is what is causing the unrest in the world right now.

Hatred , we all have our good and bad sides . even the USA has its own bad sides.

let me be honest for a second... Nigeria and the people there have a negative stigma in the USA. VERY negative.

will you ask why? Because of the constant spam, constant scams, constant lies and fraudulent schemes.

does it involve you directly? I don't know, but no one really cares. I don't think anyone (legally sane) in the US will work from anyone from Nigeria. Period. I don't care if you have 52 posts on BP, i don't care if you have 50,000 posts on BP, i would never, ever, ever, ever work with someone that mentions "Nigeria". I'd rather move to Nigeria before I ever work with someone from Nigeria. And i am never moving to Nigeria.

am i being mean? not sure, but i am just being honest.
