Does anyone know any Investor-Friendly TITLE companies in Waterloo and Cedar Rapids that work with out-of-state investor/buyers & sellers? Want to know if they do "electronic signatures, double closings, etc.?
Are they any Fix & FLIP investors on this site in Waterloo and/or Cedar Rapids. We are working on (20) fixer uppers in Waterloo that we are going to be flipping to CASH investors only. Tracy Williams

We are cash investors who just purchased our first property in Cedar Rapids about 2 months ago. We went through River Ridge Escrow and found it to be very smooth.

Hey Tracy Thurman, did you find anywhere in Waterloo, IA that does a legitimate double close using the proceeds from the cash buyer to secondly close with the seller? Title companies are saying they are not allowed to close with the buyer before closing with the seller.
