Contract Software

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have any suggestions for software (or SOMETHING) that quickly creates offers and/or for sending out purchase agreements to sellers?

If not, what are you using to get this done efficiently?

Appreciate the input!

@Mark Moore Which other software are you using - most of them integrate with Microsoft Word - I know for sure QuickBooks does.

If you create a template in word - you can email directly from there.

You can type up a template in QuickBooks which will send it to Microsoft Word for you to tweak.  Microsoft Word will send it back to QuickBooks and from there you can select which customers you want to send this document to and QuickBooks will auotmatically insert the customers names, address, amount etc., based on the template you designed.  All with just a click of the print key and it will print out envelopes as well.

Or you can design the template in MSW and then convert it in QuickBooks which will do basically the same thing.

Microsoft does not send doc back to QuickBooks. QuickBooks merges the customer, job,

vendor and employee contact, balances, invoice details and more into Word doc.

You have four options under Company > Prepare Letters with Envelope:

All you do is select the parameters set forth and follow the steps. Just make sure you use the Mailings Tab in Microsoft word.

Very easy to use. Easier than QuickBooks.

Actually the document itself doesn't show up in QuickBooks, however when you need to create a document you are sent to MSW to create one and there you add the fields of  your choice to the document.

When finished you are sent back to QBS to save the document so that you can print out the document from QBS whenever you need it.  So technically speaking, QuiickBooks doesn't DISPLAY the document in itself, but sends you to MSW automatically to view it there and print it out with all the names of your tenants and amounts, etc.
