Still a ton of opportunity in Ontario, Canada. Been at it for 10 years and showing no signs of slowing down. I've just been avoiding the big markets and concentrating on small niche markets with a diversified employment portfolio and growth trends.

    getting harder and harder and riskier.

    I am moving to cities with lower purchase price and higher cash flow like Hamilton.
