"Do wholesalers care about practicing real estate without a license"? That is a completely different question, and is highly dependent on individual State Regulations. You DO know that, right?
"And I see wholesalers here doing many thing that if they did that with a license they would loose (sic) their license". Well, tell them off in those threads! Not here.
