Hello!

So I've finally finished The Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing, and I'd like your feedback! 

There's a lot of information about how to finance your investment and I was curious as to how you guys finance your investment and why you use that strategy. I still have to save up money to even start my investments (right now I'm just soaking up as much knowledge as I can) but I'd like your input on what you think is the best way to finance, based on your experiences.
