Eric, the word 'distressed' covers a wide range of situations. I do believe that you mean
properties that needed minor to major repairs when sold. Redfin.com will give information on most if not all of the properties that have been sold and recorded. However, you may not be able to distinguish 'rehab' from 'regular' properties that have been sold. Zillow and other online real estate websites have 'sort' controls to send/ show you alerts of sold homes, for sale, pending, auction, pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, etc. You can enter your desired market to see what comes up, then record your data for analysis.
