What is the oddest request you have seen in an offer?

I am sitting here waiting on the deadline to pass on an offer we put on our next deal. I told my wife lets put in a case a booze with the offer if it is accepted. She talked me out of it, but I was wondering what is something that you have done or seen on accepted offers. With floods of offers coming in what is something that set you apart?

I have heard of deals like buy you pizza for 20 years. (I believe that was in Portland, Oregon)

I was not a part of this transaction, but it happened to one of my colleagues. They helped a client purchase a house where there was a request from the seller that their dog could stay and live in the house. The seller was going to a nursing home, and the dog was older and he didnt want his dog to have to leave its home of the past decade. Kind of a nice story actually. The dog lived two more years in the house, and the new owners would often take him to the nursing home to see the seller of the home.
