I'm an agent looking for a fast paced, positive vibe, streamlined office with passionate people who love what they do. The icing on the cake would be if the office had a lot of property investing activities.

Who can recommend a great broker? Thanks in advance.

1. always work with the listing agent
2. if you dont do #1, start calling 100 agencies and talk to them

Thanks George. I've been calling local agents and offices. I don't think I've reached 100 yet. I'll keep calling :-)
Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look for an office or agent who specializes in working with investors and investment properties?
