Direct mail to delinquent tax land properties

If I do a direct mail campaign to people who are delinquent on their taxes, if i buy it from the do i have to pay the taxes? or does it get wiped?

Steven, your post is missing words. Perhaps you would rephrase it, please? Especially the part starting with "if I buy it". And, does what get wiped?

The back taxes follow the property. You will have to pay them off if you are going through a title company.
