Some of these tales are hard to believe
Some of these tales keep getting taller and taller...for example I'm 24 and I have 600 doors and I did it with no money down...or I'm 18 and worth 1.2 million but I don't tell my friends so no one knows...or ...wait for it... I don't know nothin' 'bout birthin' real estate deals... yet I am going to do my first flip and make over $90,000 ...maybe these folks could link to the property appraiser site so we can see the actual numbers...otherwise I say folks are coming on here making bogus claims
