looking for a investor to invests in flipping some housss
Im very interested in flipping houses but need help to start. Im so willing to learn i guess you could call me the starving artist. Ive talked to one home owner and now have a rent to own home. I pay $650.00 a month and $500 every month goes on principal. I have a 10year loan with the home owner. Anyways like i said im looking to see if theres anyone out there where I can apprentice with. I live in az were im looking to not only flip houses but buy rental property. Funding is whats holding me back.
