Looking for a good Atlanta area wholesaler

I am looking for someone in the greater Atlanta, GA area that has some good properties to buy. I have a client that has 100% financing locked up and ready to pull the trigger and yet we can't find a deal that makes financial sense. We can close in a week once we find the right one.

So if there is a wholesaler out there? Or Realtor out there? Or private person selling? Or whatever ... we are looking for a true FIX & FLIP deal that needs rehab with a good sizable margin. 

Basically... take our money... we're ready to spend. Let's talk. Thank you.
