The rental market is extremely strong (ranked 4th highest rental appreciation in the nation by Forbes) and the Cerner project on the east side is already creating more rental demand. Kansas City is an excellent city as these guys have stated. We see great return on investment. It is a stable rental market as well as a stable job market. Revitalization through out the city has made it an incredible place to live as well as invest!
