I am very close to purchasing an out of state rental property. it will be my first real estate investment. I'm looking for a lawyer to look at my contracts. Any referrals?
I don't live in California but I use a service called Legalshield that is nationwide. Starts at $20 per month for unlimited consults by phone, short contract reviews, letters sent on your behalf and more. I talk with a local law office in my state and get a discount if I want a more traditional in office consult. they can also refer you to another law office to no extra cost if they can't answer your question about another state. Call me if you have questions or want to hear other ways they have helped me.
I've used Mark Fienberg in the past. He is very good and his office is downtown on 4th 36th floor. sooooo expensive! 300 per hour or so but is top of his field. best of luck
