Birmingham Buyer's Agent - Daily Property Lists?

Hi everyone,

I'll have my financing set up within 30 days, and am ready to start searching for my first deal in Birmingham, AL.  I plan to focus on Center Point, Roebuck, Gardendale, Crestwood and Trussville as I understand these are the B and B+ areas, though I certainly wouldn't mind snapping up the rare deal in Vestavia or Homewood.

Would anyone be able to recommend a good buyer's agent experienced working with investors?  I'd like to get on daily email distributions lists of properties.
