I am currently in the process of buying a property FSBO in the state of Florida. I was wondering if anyone can use the "As Is" Residential Contract For Sale and Purchase from the Florida Realtors or is there any other forms that can be used? Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. In the past I have used the form, but the seller was a broker.

You can use the document but need to make sure you understand what you and seller are agreeing to. There are many important details within the document that can even give trouble to some professionals. IF you have any questions about the document feel free to message me.

Actually it is a copyrighted document for the xclusive use of the realtor association members, but.......I've never seen them go after anyone for using it, not on an occasional basis anyway.

@Zerimar Perez Nate is absolutely incorrect. The Realtor's contracts are all protected under copyright with all rights reserved. Legal use of the contract requires proper licensing. There are a few companies that license these forms I do not know if they license to the general public.
Outside of the small risk of the copyright being enforced the above mentioned contract should work for any standard residential transaction in Florida. Any real estate attorney can draft a purchase and sale agreement. It is easiest to provide a non-binding letter of intent signed by both parties with the general terms of the deal written out. Or you can find a general Purchase and Sale agreement for sale at an office supply chain such as Staples.
If you just need the standard contract drawn and contract to close coordination I offer such a service for a small fee.
