Hello!
We are looking for suggestions for a home appraiser, professional photographer, and professional home cleaner in the Destin/Niceville, FL area. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
I use Emerald Coast Photography for all my projects and listings. Very professional, great work and reasonable prices. Sam Colborn is the photographer we request.
For appraisals, Destin Appraisals, Equivalue appraisals. What are you using the appraisal for? If it is for listing/selling your house, you may want to save the few hundred dollars since the buyers will need their own appraisal anyway and your appraisal will not affect theirs. Let your Realtor determine market value.
Thank you for the suggestions! We will definitely reach out to all of those contacts. Looking forward to seeing you and Chris at the next P.I.G. meeting! :)
