How Do I Find Holding Fees/Taxes ?
Hello I'm Ray i'm getting into Real Estate and im learning everything from myself and always asking questions and all that good stuff. So i ran into a question nobody has be able to answer for me and that's how do i find the holding fees for some properties ? Meaning how would i find the tax fees , round off the bills and all the holding fees so ill be able to put it in a report for my cash buyer since also i'll be flipping houses in my spare time so if anybody can answer this ANSWER SOON AS POSSIABLE PLEASE.
