What city has good cash flow for residential properties?
Hi BP Community!!
First time asking a question on BP. I have about $250k in equity in a couple local investment properties and a HELOC of $100k. I am trying to move investments to another city to create more cash flow. What cities does do would you all I look into? Looking forward to hear your opinions.
