Flipping a property as a Veteran with VA home loan guarantee
I'm looking into buying and flipping a property. I am a veteran and I'd like to find someone who has used the VA to purchase a home or property. Are there any veterans on this site who may have used their VA benefits to finance a property? If so, are there any certain stipulations as far as using the loan for real estate investment goes? I know I will need to live on the property as long as I own it, but anything else I may not know? Thank you for the advice.
