Looking to Buy Rentals in S/SW Metro Minneapolis

Looking to pick up 1 to 2 more rental properties (single families preferably), in the S or SW metro of the twin cities. If anyone has any advice on to where to find good deals (other than the MLS), or knows of anyone looking to unload a rental property please reply.

The deal @Sam Steadman has in the South Metro, I believe to be a good deal. It is something I was looking at, but a lot of my liquidity is tied up at the moment so I cant move on it.
