My coach wants me to sell a house!!! I need advice!!!!!

My coach wants a house sold, but he gave me limited info! (Well maybe the info is limited to me due to this being my first time selling for someone else... lol)

He told me to do my best to sell this house and gave me the ARV, asking price, address, and a brief description!!

What should be my first move?? I have an idea, but I want to make a GREAT impression without asking him so many questions!!!

Your help will be hugely appreciated!!!!

The 1st thing your "coach" should have explained to you is that you need a real estate license to sell real estate for someone else.
Sounds like your "coach" is leading you in the wrong direction.

LOL! If I asked him, I'm sure he would. I'm putting the question out there for the people who had similar experiences. Im researching now to make sure that if I call him, he would know that I've done the due diligence.

I would ask your coach! I am assuming you are paying your coach and he is there to coach you so use him as a resource! Isn't that the whole point? Anyway, do you have a buyer's list? You could start by contacting potential buyers on your buyer's list. If you don't have any potential buyers, then maybe post some bandit signs or post flyers or something. You could also go to a local real estate investing Meetup or REIA meetings and find buyers/investors there. It depends on who you are trying to sell it to.

Thank you so much Julie. I do have a buyers list! I will contact those buyers first and see where it goes from there! Thanks for giving me a serious answer. This is my first joint venture and there's a first time for everything. Have a good night and thanks again for your input!!!
