Where To Advertise a FSBO Condo in Atlanta

I've got a condo in Atlanta that my agent suggested I sell myself (it's under 40k and there's just not alot there for an agent to make it worth their while).

I just started out today and put it on Craigslist, Zillow/Trulia, and Owners.com. Are there any other places that I can list my condo for sale?

@Prachel C. I would consider buying your property if you would consider Financing it to me. Message me with more information.

@Prachel C. How many bedrooms/bathrooms How much are rents in the area for the same property? Why not rent it out and get the cash flow from the property.

Robert Herrera - It's a 2/1.5 and it actually stays rented between $800 and $850 - we just updated the flooring and painted throughout and may rent it again - but at this point, we need the cash to buy another property so that's why we want to sell.

I see, have you ever considered doing a Lease option on the Property with your next tenants? Is the investment you are going to put this into, going to throw off more monthly Cashflow than you currently have?

You can get between $3K-$10k down upfront. Charge more for rent than average. I've been looking in Atlanta area, and 2/1 seems to be going for more. Mostly looked on Craigslist. The tenants take care of all Utilities and Maintenance on the property. Also you can put a higher price tag on the Front as well. Just an Option.

I would also consider some of the services that will list it on the MLS for you, around $500 Flat. Just google MLS listing service.

@Prachel C. also to tag someone you just type the @ symbol and start typing their name. A picture of their name and profile come up, click on it.

@Robert Herrera - Thanks for the tagging tip..LOL..I should totally know that!!  Yeah, I would consider that as a last option. I hadn't listed it and was approached by a few potential buyers who wanted to go that route. The issue with that is, I really am just ready to sell it outright. I know that there are a lot of wholesalers out there, so I guess the strategy will become more clear with each passing day.

@Michaela G. - It's in 30316 right off the I-285. It's mostly section 8 rental and most real estate agents won't touch it. Some are even afraid to go into the area - don't know why as it's definitely not a warzone. It's just a low income area and I bought it for cash flow. I go over there by myself all the time - no big deal.

30316 isn't next to 285. Do you mean another zip code? 30316 is Ormwood park. Or are you talking around south end of Moreland, close to 285?
