Many home sellers find it difficult to sell their house. I have heard a lot of sellers giving many excuses Why their homes did not sell fast, please can anyone tell me why most home sellers can't sell their home fast?

staged improperly. take down all the personal crap; pics, nic nacs, doilies...etc. put on a fresh coat of paint. clean everything, and then, hire a cleaning service to clean it again. make any necessary repairs. update outdated sink and bath fixtures (no gold fixtures), update cabinet handles. replace all outlet and switches and covers (inexpensive and looks great). spruce up the landscaping; new mulch, bright, colorful flowers, but the grass, rake the leaves...replace all lightbulbs with 100w bulbs. inexpensive, and makes the house show nice and bright.
