Do Deals exist anymore? What methods do you guys use out there?

Everything on the MLS and wholeseller sites seem to be priced high and I was wondering how do some of you veterans out there tackle this issue?

    @Rod Desinord I just find two deals on MLS. it just takes a lot of time to search through and finding an agent that will write all the offers you need to get one accepted. It takes a lot of hard work.

    I tackle it by buying off the MLS. Things always look like a deal when you are looking backwards in time to when prices were lower. In 10 years, things today will look more like a deal than they do today.
