Hey guys so I'm looking to purchase a turn key town home in Atlantic county, New Jersey. This would be my first investment property. I just wanted to get everyone's opinion on a town home or apartment being a first investment property.

Be sure to watch for and factor in the HOA fees and the rules, which can both change and restrict how many units can be investor owned rentals, among other things?
Congrats on deciding to jump into real estate investing! I think either an apartment or town home could be a good investment property, but I always liked town homes a little more. If you need any help feel free to pm me!
