Wholesaling - where do you find your wholesale properties?

Any tips, tricks or advice?

I don’t want to become a wholesaler but I’ve always been intrigued how you find the “next” property?

    I have only wholesaled a few and find my deals by talking with local people, DRINKING BEER PAYS lol. I'm in Jenison if you ever want to meet up and chat!
