Hi everyone! I'm a wholesaler in south Jersey, I'm looking for an investor friendly title company that consistently handles assignments and double closings. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
Atlantic Shore Title in Northfield, NJ handles all mine. I have been through several title companies and none of them are as investor friendly as Atlantic Shore Title!
If your looking for something over near Philly then Core Title in Marlton was easier to deal with for an assignment.
