My fiancé and I are looking to purchase investment properties in the North Miami, NMB, and possibly Hollywood area this year. We are focusing on multifamily rentals but are also interested in single-family rentals as well. Anyone else out there in the same area? Would love some feedback!
Hi @Nasreen El-Masri. I am local real estate agent and also investor. Multifamily are great and in North Miami Beach there are a lot of options (not on MLS...) you have to be careful with the neighborhood since you can pass from a C class to a D- in just a block. @Nasreen El-Masri Welcome! :) Yes, I am also an investor in the Hollywood area and Miami. I am local to South Florida and I have been investing for a very long time. I do like multi family rentals as well, up to 4 units, since they are still considered residential and much easier to maintain and flip.

Hi, I'm new to REI, but have put in many hours of reading and researching and looking to close on my first deal hopefully by mid-July. Has been very difficult finding deals in the South Fl area. The realtors are very lazy and I have no connect (yet!) with wholesalers. Can anyone please assist me in linking with a wholesaler? Should I go the direct mail route? I really appreciate any help or leads. Thank you.
