Hello all,
I just went out driving for dollars and found many properties that are vacant or abandoned. Now I would like to know which is the most effective way to find the owners' contact info. I've heard of spokeo, USA.com, yellow pages, etc. However, these aren't very accurate. Are there any super accurate websites that I can find the contact information on?

Best is to use the local tax assessor website. You should be able to type in the address of the property and you can find tax records with the home owners home address to mail to them. There is also an app called the Driving For Dollars app on the apple app store. It costs $20/100 records but you can pin the homes you pass and the app will pull the homeowner records for you. Hope this helps!
