Has anyone had experience using this site and becoming a premium member? Is it a legitimate site and do they really get foreclosure deals ahead of other sites? They also offer private individual lender information and I am curious if anyone has gone that route for flipping?

absolutely not lol they get their stuff from wholesalers. I went on the site last year and said wait.....this is the same stuff in 3 wholesalers rotation....in summary, they charge you a monthly fee to basically get on wholesalers list.
