Is Myhousedeals.com a useful site and worth subscribing to?
Has anyone had experience using this site and becoming a premium member? Is it a legitimate site and do they really get foreclosure deals ahead of other sites? They also offer private individual lender information and I am curious if anyone has gone that route for flipping?
