Business line of credit for LL

Hi all, I am trying to get business line of credit for my LLC. My LLC only hold one property and collect rent from it. Most bank reject me because is a LLC that hold a condo only. I can't get business line of credit from many places Do you guys have any experience on getting business line of Credit for your LLC that holds your property? Can anyone share where and how to get them? Thanks !
