Where do I find angel investors for a flip?

Hi all, I'm a realtor in Phoenix and my client wants to do 5 flips a year with an angel investor, he is a GC so he can do the work, just needs the cash and a silent partner, which website do I start with? Thanks.

If your client is a GC with much experience surely he has worked for clients that would have the resources to back him. People that know his quality and work ethic should be eager to invest with him.

Start with a fantastic deal and go from there. If you find a great flip deal, you should not have trouble finding a money partner. If you find a deal and then post an ad for partner wanted in the marketplace and don't get any bites, then you likely don't have a great deal.

Sounds to me like you are trying to solve his problem for him.  Some lenders do specialize in rehab/fixer sort of loans and are used to working with flippers, however he probably needs some "skin in the game" like 25% of purchase price or something to actually close.  I don't know of anyone that would work with someone with no history and they finance the entire deal.
