    You have to be more specific. Pricing and vacancy for 2 bedrooms are dramatically different depending where you are in Jacksonville. 

    That's like asking "what is the rent and vacancy for an apartment in New York City? " without mentioning which borough. 

    Narrow down the location of Jacksonville. 

    You will get a better answer and it will also allow you to run more accurate numbers for your due diligence.
