Temple TX - Advice Before Offers Made
Interested in a couple REO's in this area that will rent well with minimal cosmetic updates. I'm not overly familiar with the details in Temple but know about the market and area from a broad perspective. I'm looking in the area shown below in the red highlight but specifically on the SW side of the city center near HWY 35 and the Loop. Any locals or investors in Temple care to help me out a bit here? Much appreciated.
