How to change number of listed Bedrooms?

I googled and searched BP but couldn't find a good answer.

My question is, how do you "update" the number of bedrooms a house is listed as having?

Assuming you follow Brandon's advice and find a house large enough to add a 3rd or 4th room, how could you update the records to reflect the additional room as opposed to it being labeled as a 2 bedroom with a "bonus" room?

TIA

Replied

When you pull a permit for the extra room, and pass final inspection, typically it will be automatically updated.
