Dutch Mendenhall vs Phil Pustejovsky

I recently discovered Dutch Mendenhall and Phil Pustejovsky. They each offer their own style of mentorship. Both look legit. Dutch finds deals at tax auctions. Phil's approach is to find people anxious to sell. I'm trying to decide which approach is best.
